Buy A Bale - Helping Aussie Farmers
After hearing of our farmers struggling with the worst drought conditions in recent years, Sarkis Electrical has chipped in to help out. In August & September 2018 we committed to donate $15 from each invoice to the the Buy A Bale campaign, and were successful in raising a total of $1290. Our donation, made on September 11 2018 has gone to the farmers currently needing it most - delivering fodder into the Hunter Valley and central west of NSW and hay into Western Queensland.
Superhero Walk
Local grass-roots & family-run charity Superhero Walk raises funds for kids doing it tough, 1 step at a time.
Each year they walk for a different cause and shine a light on the superheroes you rarely hear about.
Sarkis Electrical has supported the Superhero Walk every year since it's inception in 2015.
In 2018, the superheroes are walking from Parliament House in Canberra to the NSW town of Goulburn, while raising money for Angels for the Forgotten, who will provide disadvantaged children of Goulburn with a nutritious breakfast and packed lunch.
